CHAMPION GRADERS FOR US GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
Since March 2007, Champion compact motor graders have been listed under the long-term “Commercial Requirements Contract” supply operation of the United States Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) through the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia.
The DLA offers Defense Supply Center Philadelphia special discounted prices on and rapid delivery of Champion equipment to all non-Department of Defense federal agencies, including the departments of Homeland Security, Interior, Energy, Agriculture, and all other government customers.
Equipment offered through the DLA program includes standard Champion compact grader models as well as the militarized Air Assault Compact Grader – the “C86 AACG”.

Champion’s C86 C has All Wheel Drive and 4-cycle, turbocharged Cummins QSB4.5-3OT engine that delivers 110 hp (82 kW) at 2500 RPM. Still a compact 15, 500 lb (7 030 kg), the C86 C All Wheel Drive provides optimum traction in all working conditions. |

The Champion C86 AACG – Air Assault Compact Grader – was designed specifically to 101st Airborne Engineering Battalion requirements. The low profile height (101") provides drive on/off capabilities with C-130 aircraft. The C86 AACG was engineered to meet TYPE III Motor Grader requirements issued by TACOM. |
